Description:

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT? AVAILABLE FOR A 6 MONTH FTC?

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working as a sole agency, on our commercial and well established Bristol based client is in need of an EA to come in and support the three Directors on a FTC basis to cover a secondment. The directors have varying levels of support requirements, so you need to have prior experience. You’ll work closely with the Business Manager and the team of EA’s within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for the Directors
  • Travel arrangements and company credit card reconciliation
  • Provide administrative support, organise meetings, events, compile information, and prepare meeting materials and follow-ups
  • Organise meetings and attendees; coordinate agendas and accompanying papers; take minutes and actions; disseminate information following meetings; follow up on actions to ensure completion; and monitor adherence to corporate governance practices and company policies
  • Formatting documents
  • Project work
  • Minute taking
  • Maintain the legal database for projects
  • Undertake any other duties as required, including the provision of cover for absent colleagues, for the smooth running of the business and executive support department

You will need:

  • Prior Executive Assistant / PA experience
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Experience of flexi-working in an environment where you manage your own workload based on the needs of your stakeholders and are professional and experienced with working on your own
  • Demonstrable resilience with an appetite for challenge and committed to delivering goals
  • Confident, with the ability to think independently and capable of communicating with, and influencing, a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and developing good relationships to create a strong work network of support
  • A strong team player but also able to work on own initiative with little guidance and seize opportunities to lead on decision making
