Responsibilities:

In this highly visible position, you will:

  • Manage highly confidential information.
  • Understand the structure within the Executive Suite, with an ability to quickly grasp Fiserv’s organizational structure, including departmental operations and processes, corporate policies, and corporate systems.
  • Serve as point person for the Merchant Solutions within Fiserv as well as our clients and vendors.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills with comfort in making independent decisions such as working within the EVP’s complex daily calendar, prioritizing, communicating meeting requests and being able to anticipate preparation needed for important meetings and events domestically and internationally.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel, with a knowledge of Corporate Aviation.
  • Compile and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Dependent on EVP’s schedule, this role is required to be in office 5 days a week in either NYC or Berkeley Heights, NJ office.
