JOB SUMMARY:
WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, is looking for Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO for Dubai location.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven prior experience as Executive Assistant or similar role
- Mandatory – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Email communications
- Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities
- Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
- Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential
Responsibilities:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation:including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Provides a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken
- To draft correspondence and other documentation to the CEO’s specification
- Working on a few project tracking. Should be open to take up varied tasks
- Coordinating with bankers for various queries and resolutions
