Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. This role will require someone detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- AI literate and knowledgeable in travel solutions.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant materials.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Managing Partner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Support fleet management and personal errands as required.
- Organize internal and external meetings, managing all logistical details.
- Prioritize and manage the Managing Partner’s workflow to meet deadlines.
- Oversee petty cash and expenses float.Facilitate communication between senior executives, team members, and clients.
