Description:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to join the Guidewire team. The EA will support the most senior person on the ground in EMEA, MD SVP, and Vice Presidents in the Field organization (Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales) and perform various administrative duties, including event planning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborates well with others, is professional, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executive’s workload, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support on tasks including email screening, calendar and phone management, travel arrangement, preparation and tracking of expense reports and coordination and prep for meetings and conferences.
  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other Executive Assistants and business partners.
  • Plan and support events for large meetings, off-sites, and team sessions, crafting agenda/slide deck.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to exercise proper judgment at all times
  • Pre-brief executive on weekly agenda to plan and coordinate key action points that require executives attention.
  • Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of the leaders
  • Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists
  • Be approachable and eager to provide counsel and direction to team members/peers
  • Take initiative in researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes
  • A great artistic eye to create graphics and presentations for executive-level audiences.
  • Assist with event planning and special projects including quarterly management meetings, company picnic, holiday party.
  • Create and maintain collaboration sites for sharing information
