EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in a comparable position at a professional service(s) firm strongly preferred.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of STAR Practice Management & HubSpot helpful but not required.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed during seasonal periods throughout the year.
- Must be able to prioritize and understand the importance of incoming requests.
Responsibilities:
- Be prompt, efficient, and complete when carrying out all assigned tasks.
- Always be courteous, pleasant, and helpful to clients and colleagues.
- Manage scheduling and complex calendar management for company CEO and other C-Suite team members.
- Assist with preparing board agendas, partner meetings and other events.
- Manages expense reporting, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Work on specialized projects for mergers & acquisitions, company town hall meetings, culture building activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all clients and firm business.
- Maintain good communication with CEO, other owners, and colleagues to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist Principals in their day-to-day operations.
- Follow firm procedures and comply with firm policies as outlined in the Human Resource Manual.
