TITLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

We are now looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the Kemira CEO.
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to CEO by handling diverse responsibilities and challenges in Kemira’s global business environment. You are the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO, being a face of our company and culture.
Overall, providing assistance to CEO you will support our success as a company and smooth daily businesses.
The position, reporting to CEO, is based in Helsinki and the preferred start is in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Proactively managing CEO’s business calendar and annual schedules of Group Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • Meeting and Information Management: Arranging the meetings, coordinating the related preparations, and distributing and archiving the meeting materials
  • Event Management: Organising and coordinating events with effective execution
  • Executive Support: Handling other administrative tasks, such as logistics and travel planning with related documents and reports
  • Communications: Maintaing smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders globally
