Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE

We currently have a permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to join our growing team at our Wayville head-office! It is a shared role, hours can be negotiated, ideally, we are looking for someone to join our team working Wednesday- Friday 9am- 5pm.
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role liaises with the Board, Executive Management Leadership Team, Service Managers, Staff, Clients and external organisations including government and community agencies.

OTHER KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Greeting clients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner and responding to queries online and over the phone.
  • Assisting the broader Executive Management team and the Board when required
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, speeches, presentations, submission, articles, etc. as required
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and monitoring on progress
  • General administrative duties as directed.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Strong customer service focus with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, Access (or other data base software)
  • Ability to utilise community data base applications
