Carey has also developed the Carey Right Track Foundation, Avenir Leadership Institute, and Carey Hope, each of which serve both on and well beyond our campuses. Our colleges serve the educational needs of over 2000 students across two campuses (Harrisdale and Forrestdale).
The Opportunity
This newly created position serves as the key liaison between the Carey Executive Team, including the Director of Ministries and CEO Executive Assistant. Based at our offices in Canning Vale and offered on a part time capacity (0.5), this role provides professional and personal assistance, enabling the Director of Business to effectively focus on high level leadership and strategic functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative, project management and secretarial support for multiple priorities of the Carey Executive Team
  • Handling highly confidential and sensitive matters, ensuring strategic planning deadlines and tasks are followed up
  • Managing the reporting of the Carey Executive team strategic planning
  • Proofreading documents and reports for Audit & Risk Committee and Board
  • Prepare and coordinate executive events, team functions and Audit & Risk Committee Meetings
  • Assist with project management over capital builds
