We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the GM to be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing communication, and handling a variety of tasks, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the GM
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Create and maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the GM and other departments.
  • Follow up on action items and tasks assigned by the GM.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested by the GM.
