As the Executive Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be in constant contact with our numerous international partners to sustain and grow Placement International’s professional network.The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for our executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable in the communication with the hotels, restaurants and other staff.
Assist in daily administrative tasks and Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive, admin, and development support. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. Supporting candidates as well as other team members through all possible challenges they might be facing. Adaptability is essential and problem[1]solving is a daily activity as you will be putting out figurative fires whenever they occur.
Assist develop new programs, improve current processes and maintain the overall quality. Ensure operations are running at the highest efficiency, analyze KPI’s and monitor the success of different markets to highlight opportunities and discover threats.
Requirements:
- Be a student/graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or related fields Knowledgeable in Hospitality/Education
- Excellent communicator in both oral and written English
- Fluency in Spanish would be advantageous
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented Adaptable and flexible to a fast paced environments (Multitask)
- Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing circumstances
- Comfortable self-starting assigned projects and managing them independently
- Confident and eager to engage with clients, partners and other stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities
- Communicate with staff on the Director behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Assist in strategic business planning and analysis
- Lead and complete special assigned side projects
- Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business
- Represent Placement International in a professional and hospitalian manner
- Help facilitate clear and consistent communication between departments
- Maintain calendars and schedule necessary meetings, calls, etc.
- All the necessary travel arrangements (Hotels, planes, transfers, visas) including the travel support in case where needed.
