THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of MACH Products and Global Head HR at HVDC. You will become the right hand of these managers and provide executive support to maintain a high level of leadership – a central and important part of our Technology development journey.
You will have the joy of being the spider in the web, manage communication between upper management and employees, coordinating with internal and external executives on various projects & tasks and plan and orchestrate work to ensure that priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
