Title: Executive Assistant (Internal Only)
Salary: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
Responsibilities:
Join our team as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting the work of the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)! As the Executive Assistant, you’ll bring your expertise in administration, coordination, office management, and technical support to streamline operations and drive impactful projects. You’ll provide executive-level support to senior leaders, contribute to developing efficient systems and processes, and coordinate vital regional committees, including the Regional Caucus and the Regional Table. Liaising with the Regional Health Authority, you’ll ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A diploma in business/office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Relevant, recent and significant experience in an administrative capacity, including provision of services to senior level staff processes (normally acquired over a period of 3-5 years)
- Experience working with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations
- Experience in budget oversight and management
- Experience utilizing a variety of office tools including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and matters in a trusted and responsible manner
- Experience developing and maintaining administrative systems, processes and procedures
