We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and help us achieve our strategic goals. This role is vital in supporting multiple executives by providing high-level secretarial and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses of senior executives.
- Manage email accounts and answer or redirect routine enquiries from internal or external sources.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and conferences, both internally and externally.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned using independent judgment and discretion.
- Support employee engagement and culture activities at the Trane St. Paul site.
