POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Executive Assistant reports to the President
  • Located in Mansfield, MA

    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives or senior management within the organization. The Executive Assistant assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the executive’s office, handling a wide range of administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Calendar Management:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and technology, including copiers, printers, and teleconferencing systems.
  • Advanced roficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
