  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and multitask during regular interruptions.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office and other TWU databases (e.g. Jenzabar, Aqueduct, SharePoint).

STANDARDS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Post-secondary degree required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of senior executive support experience in a post-secondary institution or corporate office setting is desired, however, consideration will be given to recent university graduates with demonstrated ability.

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant for TWU Richmond (TWU-R) provides support and administrates a range of responsibilities for the Executive Director, TWU Richmond and the TWU Richmond leadership team. The Executive Assistant represents the University in a professional manner, oversees aspects of the external relations for TWU-R and represents the University in planning and delivery of events.
