As Executive Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to the Head of Business Unit Underwater System and the BU management team. You will play a key role in keeping things together and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves a wide range of administrative tasks, where you will have the opportunity to work on both ongoing matters and various projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Business Unit and the management team, including coordination, administration, and research
  • Organize and coordinate management meetings, visits, and related activities
  • Arrange conferences, seminars, and other internal forums
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, background materials, and briefing documents
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Oversee internal communication through various channels
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Lead and support other administrators within the Business Unit
  • Other administrative tasks such as handling emails, travel planning, and calendar management

Your Profile
