Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As the Executive Assistant supporting the Executive Team at The Wesley Hospital, you will provide high level executive and administration support in an efficient, confidential and professional manner.

A diverse role you’ll be accountable for:

  • Diary management including internal and external appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Management of committees including agendas, minute taking, committee action items
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Call screening and management of urgent requests
  • Reporting and presentation preparation
  • Full management of hospital bursaries
  • Coordination of events such as functions and workshops as required
  • General/HR administration and office management
  • Undertake other duties as required/directed as service needs change or grow
  • Provide support to other hospital Executives when required

  • Extensive experience providing executive or senior administration level support
  • Must have some previous experience working within a hospital or health care setting
  • A flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to self-motivate in an autonomous role
  • High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills including accurate typing skills of 80wpm
  • High level initiative and negotiating skills
  • Excellent administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish work priorities in a busy, fast paced environment
