Divisional Services and Administration is a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for delivering outstanding student and staff experiences through high quality, confidential operational management and administrative services. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/KĀ PŪKEKA ME KĀ WHEAKO
You have proven experience as an EA or in a similar role, ideally within a higher education or large organisational setting.

Responsibilities:
Join a diverse and committed team in this pivotal Executive Assistant (EA) role, supporting the Director of Divisional Services and Administration (DSA).
This position requires someone with excellence in process and judgement to provide sound, timely advice and executive support to the Director, as well as other key stakeholders across the division.
As the right-hand person, the EA manages the office of the Director meeting and event coordination and progressing a variety of administrative functions. They also provide project support on a range of strategic initiatives, encompassing quality improvement, training and development, and induction and onboarding.
Reporting and data analysis is also a focus in this role, assembling, reviewing and summarising statistics and information.
