YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/KĀ PŪKEKA ME KĀ WHEAKO

You have proven experience as an EA or in a similar role, ideally within a higher education or large organisational setting.
Forward thinking and committed to collaborative ways of working, you naturally build strong partnerships in an inclusive and diverse work environment.
Highly professional, with excellent organisation and advanced time management skills, you will consistently manage competing tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Join a diverse and committed team in this pivotal Executive Assistant (EA) role, supporting the Director of Divisional Services and Administration (DSA).
This position requires someone with excellence in process and judgement to provide sound, timely advice and executive support to the Director, as well as other key stakeholders across the division.
As the right-hand person, the EA manages the office of the Director meeting and event coordination and progressing a variety of administrative functions. They also provide project support on a range of strategic initiatives, encompassing quality improvement, training and development, and induction and onboarding.
Reporting and data analysis is also a focus in this role, assembling, reviewing and summarising statistics and information.
