Description:
As Executive Assistant for senior JLL leadership, you’ll play a key role in the successful growth of our business. You will be collaborating across the team and organization to provide phenomenal support. This critical role relies on precise execution, excellent communication and creative thinking to ensure the team has everything necessary to achieve the ambitious goals of the portfolio. QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting high-level executives, preferably in complex global organizations
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly in a diplomatic manner
- Unflappable, flexible, and can overcome a learning curve quickly
- Extremely strong communication skills on multiple platforms and mediums (email, text, in person, video calls, etc.)
- Tech savvy and familiar working in both Mac and MS Office operating systems, Salesforce, WebEx, Zoom, and Box
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior level executive administrative support
- Schedule and manage calendars and complex travel arrangements across different time zones (regional and global)
- Expense reconciliation and report management
- Collaborate with the support team on all day-to-day office activities
- Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications on behalf of the executives
- Support administrative teams across the organization on various projects
- Plan team meetings and work closely with team leaders
- Review and proof-read planning documents and presentations
- Special projects as assigned
