What role will you play?
We are seeking a highly motivated, confident and capable Executive Assistant to support our dynamic venture capital team in Berlin. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What you offer

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (proficiency in German is a must)
  • High level of discretion and confidentialityAbility to multitask and prioritize work under pressure
