We’re hiring an exceptionally organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role requires someone who excels at navigating complex schedules, anticipating needs, and handling sensitive information with discretion. In this dynamic, high-tech environment, you will be essential in managing priorities and ensuring the seamless operation of the studio’s daily activities. Your ability to handle multiple tasks, facilitate communication across departments, and support key initiatives will directly contribute to the success of our executives and the entire Versatile team.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of related experience in an executive assistant or business management support role.
Demonstrated superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required, aligning with changing business demands.
- A mastery of identifying priorities while providing support to clients.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while supporting management team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Film production background is preferred.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, expenses and travel for the leadership team.
Act as liaison between leadership team and all departments regarding goals & project updates, proposals, and planning.
- Manage multiple tasks while prioritizing the needs of the Head of Studio and Producers.
- Plan, coordinate, and keep content of meetings focused & organized.
- Gather data and required information for meetings and presentations.
- Handle general requests and queries appropriately.
5+ years of related experience in an executive assistant or business management support role.
