We are looking for a powerhouse Executive Assistant to support our busy executive committee based in Singapore. You will provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives by effectively and efficiently handling and managing all administrative matters of and for the leadership, allowing them to focus on their main responsibility of driving the business. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day calendars and have the tenacity and vision to ‘make things work’ despite juggling multiple busy schedules across numerous time zones,
  • Liaise across various departments and across offices globally,
  • Prepare all aspects of administration including (but not limited to) travel itineraries/agendas, expense reports, audit against travel and monthly credit card statements,
  • Ensure seamless travel and administrative arrangements for executives such as visa applications, booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations,
  • Adhere closely to WPP compliance standards and policies,
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner,
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
