Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We’ll be looking to you to provide administrative support and manage events. This includes managing appointments and conference calls for the site leader as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail. You’ll have the opportunity to plan key employee activities/social events and prepare presentations. Additionally, it will be up to you to oversee local transportation and accommodation arrangements for executives and leaders visiting different locations. You will organize and expedite the flow of work, as well as use data to prepare both routine and non-routine special reports.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

For such a pivotal role, you’ll have 4-5 years of working experience or equivalent as an Executive Assistant or in project support, as well as an excellent track record of performance that involves working with senior leaders in multinational company. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills are required, especially Word and PowerPoint. Finally, Open-minded and change-oriented professionals will thrive in this role; also, your friendly and confident demeanor should be with your ability to manage events for large groups.
You will ideally have progressive experience or equivalent as an Executive Assistant or in project support, as well as an excellent track record of performance that involves working with senior leaders. You should also have strong prioritization and planning skills, the ability to assist in crises and handle time-sensitive tasks, and the highest level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and integrity.
