Description:

HOW WILL I HELP?

We are seeking a pro-active, experienced, and highly organised professional to support the National General Manager of Indigenous Banking in achieving Consumer and Business Banking strategic agenda, including implementation of key projects aligned to Indigenous Banking’s strategic goals and objectives. Your role as an Executive Assistant is to manage and coordinate the diary and activities efficiently and effectively. As often the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders, you must be approachable and professional. As you will be trusted with sensitive information, discretion and integrity are key qualities required within the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level diary management, removing roadblocks and ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings with papers (where required)
  • Monitoring and actioning of emails - escalating and delegating where appropriate
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and events - including agenda and invite management, minute taking and action items (as appropriate), booking of meeting rooms and videoconferencing, organising equipment and catering where required
  • Managing travel requirements and expenses
  • Assisting in the collation of national communications and presentations for various meetings where required
  • Providing support to senior leadership team as required including assistance on strategic projects
  • Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up on internal customer compliments, queries and concerns
