Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the GM CTO’s schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring thorough preparation with necessary documents, travel arrangements, and break times. Proactively manage follow-ups on outstanding business issues.
  • Inbox Management: Oversee and prioritize emails based on urgency and importance, ensuring timely responses and proper filing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Manager and EAs across the broader Technology domain and network as required. Managing travel arrangements, expenses and processing accounts, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner via internal IT systems.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Handle travel arrangements, expenses, and processing of accounts, payments, and reimbursements in a timely and compliant manner via internal IT system.
  • Executive Support: Provide bespoke administrative, operational, and organizational support to a high-profile Executive Leader.
  • Event Management: Support event management, including team offsites, town hall meetings, and other gatherings as required.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Address various business-related requests from key internal and external stakeholders
