Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the MD’s and COO’s diaries and arranging appointments, internal and external
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Manage administration of meetings, including collation of documentation required
- Arrange conference calls, meetings, lunches and dinners
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
- Providing general typing or document work as required
- Manage electronic filing systems with occasional use of the firm’s practice management system
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and members of senior management team
- Conduct research and compile data, reports and presentations to inform decision-making by senior leadership
- Liaise with clients and business guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in the organisation of company events and functions, working closely with the reception team to organise room bookings and catering
