Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Our Client ( An entrepreneur who owns a chain of businesses; a fashion brand, a restaurant and a printing press), is in search of a highly driven and motivated Executive Assistant who will perform administrative tasks to aid the executive with the fulfilment of daily activities.
You will be responsible for running personal errands and also providing administrative and managerial support with respect to business on behalf of the executive.
Availability to Start: As soon as possible.
Work Hours: Mondays - Saturdays (9 am - 6 pm) Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: 200,000 - 250,000
Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Making and receiving phone calls, taking messages and directing them to the Executive
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executive and clients
  • Coordinating and liaising with business staff on behalf of the executive
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Assisting in sourcing office supplies
  • Helping with daily time management
  • Running personal errands as requested
  • Making travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
  • Coordinating and liaising with business staff on behalf of the executive
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Active listening and excellent follow-through skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • 8 years of experience as a personal assistant
  • A Bachelor’s degree/OND/HND from a reputable institution.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Beauty: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Personal Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
