JOB SUMMARY
Zino Aviation is seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This pivotal role requires an exceptionally confident and competent individual with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes situations seamlessly. As the CEO’s right hand, you will be instrumental in the efficiency of our leadership, ensuring that both strategic and day-to-day operations are executed flawlessly, along with handling select personal tasks typically managed by a Personal Assistant.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in MS Office and modern communication tools; quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with Website design platforms such as Wix or WordPress is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of effectively managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability and Endurance: Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and able to handle sudden changes in plans without losing momentum.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the CEO with various stakeholders and service providers.
- Resourcefulness and Networking: Possesses a broad knowledge of service providers and a knack for connecting with people, ensuring the CEO’s personal and professional requirements are met efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at foreseeing potential issues and resolving them proactively with innovative solutions.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost care.

- As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will not only manage administrative tasks but also serve as an essential advisor and confidant to the CEO, bridging professional and personal realms as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including professional appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
- Personal Commitments: Take charge of managing the CEO’s personal commitments including family engagements, personal appointments, and other private affairs, ensuring a balanced professional-personal life integration.
- Communication Oversight: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring that all correspondence is captured and addressed.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and support meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing both professional and personal interactions as required.
- Project Management: Assist with project oversight, ensuring that critical deadlines are met and objectives are clear.
- Event Planning: Coordinate both business and private events, ensuring all details are managed with precision.
