SUMMARY

This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and is responsible to act as an intermediary support providing critical analysis, research and preparation of executive-level documents in support of Bethany’s vision, mission and values as well as strategic and business plans. The lead function includes providing an elevated level of administrative and project-based support in support of strategic initiatives of the President & CEO’s office. This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and diplomacy skills.

EDUCATION

  • Office or Business Administration certificate/diploma or other relevant post-secondary.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years administrative experience at a senior level.
  • Experience leading an administrative support team.
  • Experience interacting with a Board of Directors is an asset.

  • Excellent organizational skills, flexible and able to multi-task, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.
  • Excellent analytical kills, ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information.
