We are looking for an Executive Business Advisor to support our executive team, ensuring structured, but smooth process flow, stakeholder engagement, and effective leadership meetings. This is the role:
As an Executive Business Advisor at Stibo Software Group A/S, you will report to the Chief Operations Officer. and you will serve as a key staff function within the Operational Management Team (OMC). You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, ensuring proper process flows, and actively participating in decision-making processes that support strategic initiatives within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with senior and executive leadership, and you’ll be integral to facilitating effective communication and stakeholder management at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Central Advisor and Staff Function: Serve as a trusted advisor to the OMC, participating in leadership meetings, preparing materials, and facilitating discussions.
  • Process Management: Take a leading role in managing processes related to decision-making, meeting preparation, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure Proper Flow: Oversee the flow of information and materials, ensuring alignment and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Active Team Player: Actively contribute to the OMC’s goals, driving decision-making processes and advancing strategic initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Strategic Initiatives and Communication: Support and contribute to the execution of key strategic projects, facilitating effective communication within and outside the organization.
  • Support Finance Initiatives: support the finance team to drive financial projects, providing strategic support and ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader objectives. This includes assisting in financial planning, reporting, and supporting budget-related discussions.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English. Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently are essential, as is the skill to facilitate decision-making processes and ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders. Furthermore, the candidate should possess the ability to build strong relationships and maintain a structured approach, ensuring productive outcomes.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A master’s / bachelor degree or similar in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have around 3+ years of experience from a similar role
  • Extensive project/program management experience, particularly with complex projects and senior-level stakeholders.
  • A recognized strategic mindset with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Has demonstrated experience in developing visually engaging and impactful presentations, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A passion for making a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.
