Do you have determination, flexibility, and initiative along with a keen attention to detail and focus? The MCAPS Finance Team in Dublin is looking for a dynamic, thoughtful, energetic Executive Business Assistant who will provide high level support for our Compliance Lead.
Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Finance is driving shareholder value in 60 subsidiaries and carries the local accountability for the financials of our commercial businesses.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using Microsoft 365 Suite, i.e. Office, OneNote, Excel.
  • Experience working with a global team across multiple timezones.
  • Experience supporting budget management.
  • Demonstrated experience of working across multidisciplinary teams on common deliverables.
  • Experience managing international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and prioritise complex calendaring, ensuring calendar free from clashes, prioritised and creating space for the Manager to get work done. Anticipating changes and proactively supporting them to keep their plates spinning. Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the Manager based on understanding of business group priorities.
  • Working as part of the Leadership Team, collaborating with other leaders in the organisation to ensure a strong rhythm of the business is built and maintained.
  • Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries.
  • Manage assigned tasks associated with areas of responsibility including expense submission - providing compliance guidance in line with the Microsoft expense policy, and educating/assisting managers and their teams with the policy.
  • Distribution list management and other projects assigned by the Manager.
  • Coordinate both virtual and in-person events. Taking ownership in areas including catering, venue selection and logistics for internal events, off-sites, morale events and team all hands.
  • Headcount and PCN management across the Customer Success team.
