Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree (Preferably Marketing and Communications)
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with department teams and cross-functional teams
- Ability to conduct communication research to understanding underlying issues and challenges
- Identify solutions and work campaign teams to address the issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work in teams and people from different background
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assist the manager to conceptualise, plan and implement cancer awareness and education campaigns. You will help to develop an overarching communication plan for different target groups using evidenced based approaches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote general cancer awareness by conceptualizing and developing an campaign plan
- Conduct communication research to identify gaps in current marketing efforts and to address the gaps.
- Involve in content development and creation, plan and monitor campaign budget.
- Conceptualize and develop communication and publicity materials when required
- Ensure adaptions of communication and publicity materials to cater to event needs
- Assist to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Maintain Singapore Cancer Society’s social media presence
- Develop and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
- Organize physical event or online webinar for campaigns which includes sourcing of locations and vendors, programme planning and coordination with partners.
