Are you a highly analytical professional with a passion for designing impactful executive compensation programs? We are seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our team and play a key role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top executive talent.

Responsibilities:

This role will see you designing, implementing, and administering competitive executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, deferred compensation, and perquisites. You will benchmark compensation against industry best practices, model compensation plan costs, be involved in the preparation of papers and reports and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Ideally, you should have an interest or experience in the understanding of executive compensation principles, regulatory requirements, and market trends.

Reporting to the Executive Compensation Manager, your responsibilities will include to:

  • Develop and maintain competitive executive compensation programs, including determining appropriate financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis.
  • Model the financial impact of compensation plan designs.
  • Administer all aspects of executive compensation programs, including documentation and compliance.
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Partner with legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR functions to align compensation programs with overall HR strategy.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in executive compensation.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
