Description:

Position Overview
The Executive for Contract Management and KPI Monitoring will play a dual role in overseeing the lifecycle of contracts and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked, analyzed, and aligned with organizational goals. This role demands strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills to drive contract compliance and performance excellence.
Contract Management:
1. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts:
Prepare, review, and revise various types of contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards. Identify risks and propose solutions to safeguard company interests.
2. Negotiation:
Participate in negotiations with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to finalize terms and conditions.Resolve disputes and maintain positive relationships with contracting parties.
3. Contract Compliance:
Ensure adherence to contract terms and regulatory requirements.Monitor and address breaches or non-compliance issues promptly.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain an organized database of all contracts and associated documentation.Track contract renewal dates, deliverables, and obligations.
KPI Monitoring and Analysis:
1. KPI Development:
Define, implement, and maintain KPIs to measure contract performance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are aligned with strategic objectives.
2. Performance Tracking:
Monitor and evaluate KPIs regularly to assess compliance, performance, and contract effectiveness.Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
3. Reporting:
Generate periodic reports on KPI performance for management review.Highlight key insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
4. Continuous Improvement:
Propose and implement strategies to improve processes based on KPI outcomes.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with performance goals.
Job Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in contract management and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
