Your tasks

  • Booking, managing and optimizing multi market digital media campaigns across global clients. Focus on Digital Media including Online Video, ATV, Display and Native
  • Manage delivery and performance for single and multi-market campaign strategies to ensure advertiser and publisher satisfaction
  • Adapting booking and management of campaigns based on market requirements and expectations, while guiding the advertisers to ensure a seamless integration
  • Offering excellent service to our advertisers with continuous communication and updates, analysing delivery and ensure performance in relation to KPIs
  • Become an expert within the digital media landscape
  • Being part of the primary operations and support channel for several departments

Your profile

  • You have 0-2 years of experience within the digital media landscape, if you’re a junior to this area we see you being eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbally. If you speak any other language, it’s a big plus!
  • Time management skills : you’ll be working in a fast paced environment, so it’s important you know how to priorities and focus on output
  • Excellent organizational and coordinating skills to take on complex multi-market campaign bookings
  • Being a team player, you appreciate to work and engage with dynamic internal and external teams
  • With a solutions oriented mindset you see possibilities where others see hurdles
  • You’re analytical, with basic understanding of technology
  • Insights and understanding of the media landscape and familiar with industrial terms is a merit, but not necessary
  • This position is open in Hamburg, Cologne, and London

Your team
You’ll be responsible for multi million campaign bookings and delivery, ensuring excellence in relation to booking, execution and optimisation to ensure RTL AdAlliance client satisfaction. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the world, therefore main language spoken is English.
You are part of the Partner Implementation team, a sub departments in the Digital AdOperations team based of 16 people with long experience in the digital media landscape from both broadcasters and publishers.
We’re a multi-cultural team eager to introduce each other to new food and sweets – often bringing snacks to the office when we’ve been traveling.
