EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Deep understanding and proven experience at senior level in EU affairs & institutions
- Knowledge of politicalcontext in Central and Eastern Europe
- Political experience at EU or/and in Central and Eastern Europe is a plus
- Strong interest in climate, the environment and related fields
- Demonstrated leadership skills with empowerment of teams and ensuring collaborative mindset
- Embraces teamwork
- Strategic mindset
- Change management sensitivity
- Solution-minded and capacity to adapt in a fast-evolving environment
- Excellent command of the English languages (both spoken and written)
- Experience of working in a multinational environmentExperience of working/campaigning with civil society/stakeholder groups is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Developmentof an overarching EU strategy that positions ECF to respond to the changing and challenging political context
- Oversee ECF country programmes in Central and Eastern Europe
