Description:
Qiddiya Investment Company is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a strategic and dynamic leader to join our team as the Executive Director - Residential Marketing. This pivotal role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our residential projects, aiming to create a vibrant community within Qiddiya’s premier entertainment and leisure destination.
As the Executive Director - Residential Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and optimize sales performance. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the residential narrative, ensuring that our offerings resonate with target audiences and reflect the exceptional quality and innovation that Qiddiya stands for.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or residential development
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for residential projects to attract potential buyers and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development, sales, and communications, to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize outreach and promotional efforts.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize accordingly.
- Lead and mentor the residential marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Prepare and present marketing updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
