With your keen eye for cleanliness and order, nothing goes unnoticed! As a seasoned manager, you lead the entire hotel’s hygiene and cleanliness efforts with precision, ensuring flawless execution with your team every time. Guest satisfaction is your top priority, and you leverage both in-house staff and external contractors to establish new benchmarks in efficiency and cleanliness. Strategic thinking, innovation, and strong leadership are essential to your success in continually raising the bar for a pristine guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the service and cleanliness standards of all rooms as well as the public areas.
  • You have overall responsibility for the professional planning, scheduling and operational processes of the cleaning staff
  • You are responsible for the final inspection and release of the cleaned rooms
  • You process invoices and delivery bills for your department and work closely with the accounting department
  • You have your figures under control - whether contractor costs, cleaning agent costs or personnel costs - you always have your numbers in check
  • You are the contact person for external and contract companies, negotiate conditions if necessary and ensure that brand standards are adhered to.
  • You are responsible for the inventory and control of the cleaning agents as well as their correct stock-keeping.
  • You facilitate clear and professional communication within your teams and with other departments such as engineering, front office, etc….
  • You are interested in guest satisfaction and always find new ways to improve it
  • You are responsible for the administrative and operational management of the HSK team
  • You are responsible for the further development of your team and the trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
  • You are responsible for recruiting new team members, in collaboration with the Director of Rooms & HR
  • You provide new team members with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere
  • You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team
