Responsibilities:

  • Understand and assess customer requirements, and route these opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails. Follow up on potential prospects to generate qualified opportunities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring they align with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their logistics needs.
  • Conduct research to identify key industry players, market trends, and competitive solutions, using this insight to generate interest and develop new business.
  • the CRM is updated regularly and maintained with high-quality data, ensuring sales activities and customer information are accurately tracked.
  • Develop sales opportunities by providing customers with technical information, preparing quotations, and offering logistics solutions based on their needs.
  • Proactively check customers’ buying history, suggest logistics solutions, and explain the service benefits to ensure account growth.
  • Support closing new accounts by handling incoming telephone and email inquiries, verifying customer information, and entering data accurately into the system.
