We are currently looking for a new F&B Attendant to join the amazing team in Horizon Club. Responsible for Horizon Club food and beverage service, as well as clearing dishes and maintaining a tidy Lounge and pantry area.

Responsibilities:
- Complies with Shangri-La Hotel Front Office and Corporate Standards.
- Drives SFS and IS0 22000 and HACCP standards to ensure the highest level of hygiene is maintained, conducting regular training sessions, and ensuring all records and documents are updated.
- To set up the buffet in the Horizon Club Lounge as per Shangri-La standard.
- To assist the Horizon Club Purser or Butler with efficient and friendly Food and Beverage service. This includes set up and breakdown of the buffet, maintaining a clean and tidy Lounge, clearing & resetting tables.
- To stack dishwasher with all dishes, glassware, cutlery, etc. in the Horizon Club Lounge dishwasher, empty, dry and put away dishes. Keep all silverware polished and polish glasses and cutlery in the Executive Lounge.
