Responsibilities:

Reporting to the State General Manager Commonwealth Private, you will be responsible for leading a team of Private Bankers to deliver an outstanding level of service to our HNW & UHNW client base.

As Executive Manager you will:

  • Recruit, coach, train and develop your team of Private Bankers
  • Deliver outcomes for our people, customers and shareholder across areas including Employee engagement, Customer experience and business growth
  • Maintain and grow your team’s dedication to proactively building and nurturing client relationships
  • Ensure your team have a high level of awareness of clients’ financial position to ensure early detection of risk
  • Ensure your team’s compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, and drive a culture of risk awareness, governance and compliance
  • Deliver on organisational, people, culture and performance objectives
