We are seeking a seasoned Executive Manager to support our CEO in optimizing operations and enhancing strategic initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Executive Manager to the CEO at Faris Capital Partners and Faris Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO can focus on high-priority tasks by taking ownership of essential executive activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive management role and a strong background in project coordination, calendar and email management, and financial oversight. Your role will involve assisting the CEO at both Faris Capital Partners and The Faris Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Email Management: Efficiently organize and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and communications are streamlined.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee key projects for the CEO from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met while maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Financial Management: Assist with personal budgeting, banking, and financial tracking for the CEO, ensuring all financial documentation and requests are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Communication Handling: Manage all forms of communication, ensuring timely responses and drafting executive summaries for non-urgent matters.
  • Meeting Preparation: Arrange logistics for meetings, including preparing necessary materials and distributing meeting minutes post-meeting.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective interactions.

  • Efficiency Improvement: Optimize the CEO’s schedule and workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Communication Enhancement: Ensure clear and effective communication between the CEO and all stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support: Provide comprehensive support in strategic initiatives and ensure all team members meet their commitments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive manager role.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with office software (Google Apps, HubSpot, Microsoft 365) and digital tools.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
