  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or project management is preferred. 3+ years of experience for Sr. Executive.
  • Able to adopt an analytical approach based to solve problems.
  • Keen to adopt innovative solutions to help optimise our workflows and processes
  • Have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
  • Able to work with people from various functions (e.g. doctors, nurses, operations staff, external vendors)
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Medical Affairs Executive will assist the Head, Medical Affairs (MA) in ensuring the delivery of quality care that is safe, effective and patient-centered. The Medical Affairs Executive will be mainly responsible for the learning and knowledge management functions of the MA team. The Medical Affairs Executive will also support in selected projects that MA is involved in and assist in some quality assurance aspects of the MA team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To coordinate program for new full-time Medical Services staff and locum staff onboarding
  • To coordinate regular educational activities for Medical Services staff (e.g. BCLS training, educational talks)
  • To curate training curriculum of Medical Service staff based on latest learning needs (including doctors, nurses and clinic assistants)
  • To drive Medical Services knowledge management efforts
  • To support selected clinic programs and quality improvement efforts
  • To assist in investigations into patient feedback and clinical incidents
  • To provide administrative support for Medical Affairs Department
  • To support Head, Medical Affairs in any other matters where required
