WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a proactive and organized [Part-time] Executive & Office Operations Assistant to provide support across several areas, including Executive assistance, People & Culture, Finance, and Office management. This role will help ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support across the company. You will be reporting directly to our Lead of Workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for Executive needs, organizing executive travels and events, as well as managing documentation and administrative tasks.
  • On the Office Management area, support ensuring a good office maintenance, also managing supplies and service providers.
  • On the Finance area, support handling payments to vendors, employees, and external partners, also assisting in processing expenses and financial documentation.
  • On the People & Culture area, assist on HR Operations tasks, with employees’ onboarding and offboarding, documentation management, and benefits enrolment, also supporting for payroll alignment and service payments to consultants across different locations.
  • Help to plan and execute Employee Lifecycle Rewards, Company Events and Team Activities logistics, according to People & Culture Engagement analysis and orientation, with collaborative planning.
  • Provide general administrative support to employees, including People & Culture and Finance-related inquiries.
  • Assist with logistics for external events and company programs.
