Post Summary:
The Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute integrates the long tradition of outstanding comprehensive cancer care delivered at Ireland’s largest academic health campus at St. James’s Hospital in central Dublin, with the research and educational excellence of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s leading university. The ambition of the Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute is to develop a comprehensive cancer centre, to provide national leadership and service for genomics and immunology research, to become a leading international institution for translational cancer research, and through its structure and national and international collaborative network to represent a standard bearer for Ireland internationally. The post holder will provide administrative support to Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute Research and Education pillars.
Post status: Specific Purpose Contract
The specific purpose for this post is to provide administrative support to the Trinity St Jame’s Cancer Institute (TSJCI) team for activities involved with the upcoming accreditation process with the Organization of European Cancer Institute in 2024 and follow up thereafter.
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€32,191- €50,199 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
