Into Our Hands Community Foundation is celebrating 13 years of empowering local communities. We’re on track to manage over $1 million in community assets by 2025, and we need a dynamic Executive Officer to lead us into this exciting next chapter.

About the Role:
On your first day, you’ll hit the ground running as you:
- Collaborate with a local Independent Board of Directors to deliver strategic growth goals.
- Lead a small, part-time team (2–3 employees) and oversee grant applications, fundraising initiatives and compliance.
- Build relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community organisations to cultivate new funding streams.
- Manage key campaigns and projects that align with the Into Our Hands Community Foundation’s mission and values.
- Explore innovative ways to activate community assets and address local needs.
- Report directly to the Independent Board of Directors and play a central role in the foundation’s operations and strategic direction.
Skills We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to build and maintain collaborative professional relationships and networks
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in business, finance, community development or related field
- Demonstrated experience in the philanthropic and Not-For-Profit sector
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to autonomously manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in reporting to and working closely with an Independent Board of Directors
