Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

This role is a dynamic, multifaceted role designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in providing top-tier executive support, orchestrating global events, and managing global office operations that enhance executive effectiveness, creating memorable employee experiences and providing an engaging office environment designed to support our remote first workplace.
It requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong attention to detail. This role is responsible for keeping the President of EverWell, and the EverWell executive team organised, informed, and prepared for anything that comes their way.
You’ll be dancing in a fast paced, high-energy environment working alongside a passionate and talented team where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting 5 dynamic leaders who wear many hats and operate in the global environment. To provide exceptional support, the Executive Operations Coordinator needs to keep pace with the leaders they support and everything going on in their world. This role is the mover and shaker from the side of the stage, ensuring every detail is crossed, eyes are dotted, and the team is shining bright!

WHAT YOU’LL DO.

Executive Support: Streamline executive operations by ensuring seamless scheduling, efficient travel arrangements, and effective communication, ultimately enhancing executive productivity and focus.

  • Calendar & Meeting Management, Travel Coordination, Communication & Coordination

Global Event Planning: Deliver exceptional events globally across our four key regions (NZ, AU, UK & USA) that enhance organisational culture, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives.

  • Event Design & Execution, Vendor Management, Experience Creation

Global Office management: Support the SVP C&O in managing and optimising the global office environments to serve as key tools for driving organisational culture and bringing employees together.

  • Office Operations, Vendor & Facility Management, Virtual Office Coordination, Policy & Procedure Implementation.
