Job Responsibilities:
You will assist the Assistant Director/Manager to support operations in the Department and the Occupational Health Clinic (OHC). This would include resource management and financial management associated with the Department and clinic. You are required to proactively support planning, tracking and maintaining performance of the clinic to ensure a safe and healthy workforce.
The functional role for this position is to assist the Assistant Director/Manager:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement workflows and processes at OHC, ensuring smooth and seamless delivery of services to our staff.
- Monitor performance and resource utilisation of OHC.
- Drive projects and initiatives to deliver continuous improvement in services and operational processes at OHC to bring value to our staff.
- Manage regular statistical analysis and operational updates for reporting at the hospital’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council and Committees.
- Secretariat role in the hospital’s WSH-related committees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
- Experience in clinic management and/or managing Total Workplace Safety and Health (TWSH) is preferred
- Good understanding of the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and Occupational Health is preferred
- Good communication (oral, written and interpersonal skills)
- Good people and stakeholder management skills, across organizational functions and hierarchy
- Critical thinker who is analytical, meticulous, and process-oriented
- Proficient in basic data analytics and management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
