JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the manager in developing and implementing partner strategy with card schemes, banks, wallets and other key partners.
• Serve as a liaison between partners, sales team, legal, development team, support team and other internal or external parties involved in projects being handled by the team.
• Develop and present proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective partners.
• Review partner contracts and agreements and ensure compliance with partner requirements.
• Monitor and if necessary, address partner requests, complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate partner performance and prepare reports for management and partners.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, webinars and meetings if necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities; handle other projects and tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Preferably at least 1 year in partnership or business development from the banking, cards, merchant acquiring, e-commerce or payments industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and coaching skills;
• Rational, has initiative, a team player and results-oriented
• Strong organizational skills; able to craft relevant and meaningful reports
• Time management and planning skills
• Excellent in chasing leads and closing deals
• Preferably strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and eCommerce
• Good command of English and Filipino
• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as proactive team member
